“Casey’s appointment marks both a personal career milestone and a significant moment in the company’s continued growth and evolution,” according to a press release. “Outgoing president Jim Jalbert will remain with the company as chief executive officer (CEO), focusing on C&J’s long-term strategic vision, innovation, and growth, while Casey leads the company’s day-to-day operations and drives its continued success.”

“Jamie’s journey with C&J is truly remarkable,” Jalbert said. “She started with us as a part-time employee while still in high school and has grown into a strong, visionary leader. Her leadership has been instrumental in modernizing operations, elevating customer experience, and reinforcing C&J’s reputation for reliability and excellence.

“As I celebrate my 30th year with C&J, I am both humbled and excited to take on this new role,” Casey said. “This company has been part of my life since I was a teenager, and I’m proud of the team and culture we’ve built together. I look forward to continuing our legacy of safe, comfortable, and dependable travel while embracing innovation that will shape the future of transportation.”
