RABA Becomes Regional Partner And A Resale Ticket Agency Of FlixBus And Greyhound

The Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) will begin selling tickets to Greyhound and FlixBus passengers from the Redding Downtown Transit Center at 1530 Yuba St., in Redding, CA. Tickets will be available Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The ticket window will be closed on Sundays and major holidays.

“With RABA now selling Greyhound and FlixBus tickets, passengers will receive immediate assistance on ticketing questions and can rebook tickets onsite, leading to a seamless travel experience for customers in Redding and Shasta County. Additionally, customers will soon be able to purchase Redding Area Bus Authority tickets on the Greyhound and FlixBus websites,” according to a press release. “Greyhound and FlixBus will continue to run four schedules out of the Downtown Transit Center. The two southbound buses — Greyhound and FlixBus — will finish in Sacramento. The northbound FlixBus will complete its route in Portland, OR, and the Greyhound bus will finish in Seattle, WA.”

“We are very pleased to have this partnership with RABA,” Greyhound Regional Vice President Joe Hapac said. “Being able to purchase tickets at the Transit Center will create a far more convenient travel experience for the people of Redding and Shasta County.”

“RABA is excited to have this new relationship with Greyhound and FlixBus. We are confident it will improve service to the residents of Shasta County and better coordinate transportation services for local and regional travel. We see working with Greyhound and FlixBus as an integral part of providing seamless travel in and out of Redding,” Redding Area Bus Authority Transit General Manager John Andoh said.

Customers can now book travel with FlixBus and Greyhound on Greyhound.com and FlixBus.com or through the Greyhound or FlixBus mobile apps. Customers will benefit from an extended network, reaching more than 2,300 destinations across North America. For additional RABA information, visit www.RABARide.com.
