UMA Motorcoach EXPO Scheduled For Feb. 20-23, 2025 In OKC

is set for February 20-23, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, in Oklahoma City, OK. The event annually brings together bus and motorcoach professionals for networking, educational sessions and to visit an exhibit hall featuring the latest in equipment, products, and services. Other events include an opening session, driver competition, maintenance interchange and competition, receptions, and dinners.

“UMA is excited to welcome attendees to Oklahoma City in February for the UMA Motorcoach EXPO. With the 100th anniversary of historic Route 66 on the horizon, this is a great opportunity to gather in the middle of that route that draws many motorcoach groups each year,” according to UMA. “After two recent EXPOs on the East Coast, we are delighted to return to the middle of the country and make it easier for western operators to meet with operators in other parts of the country.”

“New this year is a tour of Village Travel’s brand-new custom-built facility in Oklahoma City,” UMA EXPO Chair Scott Riccio, of NorthEast Charter and Tour, said. “Being able to look behind the curtain at a very successful operator’s operations is something everyone should be looking forward to.”

Village Travel’s new facility will also host UMA’s driver rodeo in 2025.

Meanwhile, Travel OK has curated a separate tour of this year’s host city to take place at the conclusion of EXPO on February 23. Highlights of this limited-attendance tour include the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, POPs on Route 66, the Arcadia Round Barn, and dinner served at Chicken Shack.

“We are thrilled to see greater participation (for the upcoming EXPO) by tour operators and the travel segment of the industry,” UMA President & CEO Scott Michael said. “They will be a great complement to the extensive displays of motorcoaches and other equipment for the industry.”

The 2025 UMA EXPO kicks off on February 20 with a Welcome Celebration, again featuring a full dinner and lots of entertainment.

“Our opening night event last year (in Raleigh, NC) with bowling and other activities for members to partake in created the ultimate opening night experience,” Riccio said. “There is nothing better than to reunite with fellow motorcoach friends and associates from around the world in a social setting. We are grateful to the OEMs and other sponsors who are joining together to allow us to repeat a great EXPO kickoff event this year.”
