“Chuck Carns, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the ABC Companies’ Board of Directors, will be transitioning to an advisory role as he prepares for retirement. While he will be stepping down from his CFO duties this summer, ABC is pleased to announce that he will continue to serve as a Strategic Business Advisor through the end of 2024,” according to a press release.

• “Kelly Klein, who has been with ABC Companies for 10 years, is promoted to Chief Financial Officer. His leadership and dedication have continued to grow throughout his tenure at ABC, and the company looks forward to his future contributions.
• “Jay Oakman has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. With 20 years at ABC Companies, his leadership and dedication have been vital to ABC’s operational success. Oakman will oversee operations to ensure efficiency and excellence across all departments.
• “John Gillis has been appointed President of ABC Companies Parts Source. With 24 years at ABC Companies, Gillis has built a world class parts operation. This new role is a result of the significant growth and success of ABC Companies Parts Source.”
