Australia-based Kelsian Group Announces Acquisition Of All Aboard America! Holdings

Australia-based Kelsian Group has announced its acquisition of All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc. (AAAHI).

AAAHI joins Kelsian’s global footprint of operations in the transport and tourism sectors spanning Australia, Singapore, London, and the Channel Islands.

Delivering charter and contract service from the West Coast to Mississippi, the AAAHI brands include All Aboard America!, Hotard Coaches, Sun Diego Charter, Ace Express Coaches, Lux Bus America, and First Class Transportation.

AAAHI CEO Bill Trimarco said combining the AAAHI talent, capabilities, products, and people with those of Kelsian Group will provide customers with market-leading services.

He added: “From our drivers and technicians to our operations team and local leaders, our strength and our flexibility comes from our people. I am proud of our teams for the incredible businesses they have created over the past six years, with the support of AAAHI. We are who we are because of our remarkable people, and we are excited to work with Kelsian to continue our growth in the U.S.”

The Kelsian Group Chief Executive Officer Clint Feuerherdt said, “In recent weeks, I have met more of the management team and continue to be very confident about the future of both businesses working together. Like Kelsian, AAAHI is a customer-centric operator with an excellent reputation and track record of delivering safe, high-quality contract and charter services. These qualities, together with Kelsian and AAAHI’s operational expertise and capabilities, will ensure a solid foundation for growth in the large and attractive USA market.”

Following completion on June 1, 2023 of the acquisition of All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc., Kelsian now employs an additional 1,500-plus people and operates 1,000-plus vehicles, across seven states in the southwest United States. Visit kelsian.com and aaahinc.com.
