Brent Maitland Switches Gears As Newly Appointed CEO At All Aboard America! Holdings

Brent Maitland

All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc. (AAAHI) has announced the appointment of Brent Maitland as its new Chief Executive Officer.

“A widely respected leader in the U.S. motorcoach industry, Maitland brings over two decades of strategic, operational, and customer-focused transportation experience to his new role and to the global leader, Kelsian Group,” according to a press release. “The appointment follows Graeme Legh’s succession to Kelsian Group CEO, following his time as CEO of AAAHI, where under his leadership, AAAHI became the second largest motorcoach company in the USA.”

Legh said this leadership transition comes at a pivotal moment of growth and opportunity for AAAHI.

“Brent’s experience in both the global commercial vehicle market and the U.S. motorcoach industry offers a unique vantage point to lead AAAHI through evolving market demands and expansion efforts,” Legh said.

Maitland joins AAAHI following a 19-year tenure at Motor Coach Industries (MCI), a subsidiary of NFI Group, where he most recently served as Vice President of Private Sector Sales and Marketing.

“There, he led MCI’s largest division, overseeing $300M-plus in revenue and guiding commercial strategy, customer engagement, and cross-brand integration across MCI. He also led development and execution strategies that transformed customer engagement, brand positioning, and market expansion,” the release added.

Maitland also serves as a Director on the Boards of the American Bus Association and the National Limousine Association and was a former Board member of the United Motorcoach Association. His early career spans leadership roles in consulting and tax advisory, underpinned by a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Maitland said he is honored to lead an organization with such a rich legacy and vibrant future.

“Throughout my career, I’ve built trusted relationships with the AAAHI operating companies, who are respected for their leadership, customer excellence, and safety cultures,” he said. “These strong regional brands are under excellent stewardship with the AAAHI team, whom I’ve worked with as both a customer and industry colleague. I look forward to strengthening support while empowering our local operations to continue delivering exceptional service.”

In conjunction with continued growth, AAAHI has recently strengthened its executive team with a series of key promotions and appointments. Shawn Davis has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer – Charter Operations. Under his leadership as General Manager / Vice President of AAAHI subsidiary, ACE Express Coaches, revenue almost doubled during the last three years with significant expansion of AAAHI’s largest transit contract.

Terry Kin is now Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer – Employee Shuttle Operations. Kin will continue his responsibility to lead the IT team and to secure and deliver major new employee shuttle contracts for AAAHI.

Trisha Fridrich will transition to a new role as Vice President – Marketing and Communications to bring more focus to opportunities in digital, sales, recruitment and safety. Her contributions over the past three years in business development have been critical in renewing all of AAAHI’s major contracts and securing a solid pipeline to position AAAHI for ongoing growth.

And, Casey Collier has joined AAAHI as Vice President – Business Development. Over the past 12 years, Collier played a pivotal role in building the foundation of AAAHI subsidiary, Lux Bus America, in Northern California. After two years broadening his experience as a General Manager / Vice President, Collier will now lead growth initiatives across the entire portfolio.
