Jefferson Lines Expands Reach With Acquisition Of Karst Stage‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Jefferson Partners, L.P., dba Jefferson Lines (Jefferson), a national intercity bus transportation provider, has announced the acquisition of Karst Stage, Inc. (Karst), a transportation provider based in Bozeman, MT.

“This strategic move unites two century-old companies, enhancing service and connectivity for travelers across America’s Heartland,” according to a press release. “Under the agreement, Karst will continue operating as an independent brand while gaining access to Jefferson’s extensive resources to continue to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.”
