Jefferson Lines To Continue Intercity Bus Service For Missouri Communities

Effective now, Jefferson Lines has assumed operation of key intercity bus routes in Missouri, ensuring the state’s vital network previously serviced by Burlington Trailways will continue.
“This transition highlights Jefferson Lines’ long-standing commitment to connecting communities throughout Missouri and across the Midwest,” according to a press release. “The service provides essential connections to such Missouri cities as Bowling Green, Canton, Hannibal, St. Louis, and Troy. Many existing schedules and stop locations will be maintained, allowing travelers to experience a seamless transition backed by Jefferson Lines’ more than 100 years of delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable travel.”

The release added: “Passengers will enjoy a range of modern travel conveniences with Jefferson Lines, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a real-time Bus Tracker, and easy booking and rebooking through Jefferson Lines Customer Accounts.
