Panorama Tours, a woman-owned transportation company in northern New Jersey, is stepping up to ensure continued service for customers of DeCamp Bus Lines, as the long-standing company ceases operations on Feb. 28, 2025.

“After 155 years of dedicated service, DeCamp’s closure marks the end of an era, but Panorama Tours is committed to upholding its legacy of safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation,” according to a recent article written by Ben H. Rome, Director of Communications & Brand, American Bus Association.

“As DeCamp Bus Lines prepares to close its doors, we are truly grateful for the opportunity to offer our services to their valued customers,” Michelle Petelicki, second-generation owner of Panorama Tours, said. “We deeply admire their legacy and decades of service to the community. We share their core values of safety, reliability, and customer service and are committed to ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.”

“Founded in 1995, Panorama Tours has earned a stellar reputation for its premium transportation services,” the article added. “Specializing in corporate events, school trips, private tours, large-scale events, casino trips, and airport transfers, the company is well-equipped to meet the travel needs of DeCamp’s former customers. Panorama’s dedication to safety, comfort, and sustainability sets it apart as a leader in group transportation.”

Panorama Tours has taken proactive steps to expand its fleet and team to accommodate the anticipated growth and ensure uninterrupted service. The addition of modern vehicles outfitted with the latest amenities and sustainability features reinforces the company’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint while enhancing passenger comfort.

Recognizing the importance of continuity for DeCamp’s loyal riders, Panorama Tours has retained the existing DeCamp phone number. This allows customers to reach out with inquiries through a familiar point of contact, making the transition as seamless as possible. Additionally, Panorama’s experienced and customer-centric staff is dedicated to upholding the same high standards of service that DeCamp passengers have come to expect over the years.
