“With a distinguished career spanning over 13 years in the motorcoach industry, Adam brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of fostering growth and operational efficiency in every role he has held,” according to a press release. “Before joining PAX Training, Adam made significant contributions at Bridgestone as Field Sales Manager, where he played a key role in developing a new contract framework that enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.

“His innovative approach to sales strategy and customer engagement has resulted in notable achievements, including developing customized customer intake processes and pricing structures that have markedly improved business operations and customer satisfaction.”
