RABA Offering Free Fares To Upcoming Events

The Redding (CA) Area Bus Authority (RABA), in partnership with the Redding Rodeo (reddingrodeo.com), will offer free shuttle service from May 14 to May 17 for attendees traveling to and from the rodeo.

Shuttles will run from both the RABA Downtown Passenger Terminal and the Canby Transfer Facility near Mt. Shasta Mall. Both shuttles will be running every 15 minutes, starting before the event from 4 to 6 p.m. and after the event from 9:30 until 11 p.m. The shuttles are free.

Additionally, RABA will provide free transportation for passengers going to and from the Project Homeless Connect event on Monday, May 12, at the Redding Civic Auditorium. The event, running from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., will offer information on vital services including housing resources, employment readiness, and health support for those experiencing homelessness. Passengers simply need to inform the driver they are attending Project Connect to ride for free on all RABA services during the times of the event.

For more information on both services, call (530) 241-2877 or visit https://www.rabaride.com/_T18_R63.php.
