Reyco Granning Selects New President

Reyco Granning, a U.S. based company with 100 years of experience designing and manufacturing suspension systems for the transportation industry, has announce it has named Curt Wormington as its new president, effective July 2023.

“As an innovative business leader, Curt brings a wealth of leadership experience and versatility to the organization. In this role, Curt will be responsible for all aspects of managing the business and continuing the successful Reyco Granning legacy,” according to a press release.

Wormington comes to Reyco Granning from his role as vice president and general manager, Aftermarket Replacement Glass division, of Carlex Glass, a company that specializes in manufacturing OEM glass.

It was recently announced that John Stuart, Reyco Granning’s president since 2015, will retire on August 11.

“Curt’s background and commercial experience makes him the ideal champion to execute our revenue growth initiatives. Reyco has a very bright future under Curt’s leadership,” Stuart said. “Curt possesses the qualifications and expertise to grow Reyco Granning into an even greater, more successful, company.”

Curt has also held various positions of increasing responsibility with large global corporations including Carlex, PACCAR, Freudenberg Group, and Meritor. Curt’s versatility, experience, education, and strong work ethic are key traits making him the best choice for Reyco Granning,” the release added.

Wormington earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University, majoring in accounting and finance. After passing the Certified Public Accountants examination, he completed his MBA in management and finance, with honors, from Baker University Graduate School of Business.
